From arts centres to galleries, performances to workshops, Hampshire Arts Service (HAS) plays an important role in supporting and developing a thriving arts community.
HAS delivers cultural opportunities to all sectors of the community and provide funding to various projects through the Arts Grant System.
Funding The Arts
HAS are committed to supporting the arts in Hampshire and ensuring that Hampshire residents have access to a range of activities catering for everybody.
Hampshire County Council have updated the grants application process and now offer a range of new grants schemes for groups and organisations running arts activities and services.
The three grant streams most suitable for arts organisations, or groups running arts activities are:
- The Culture and Recreation Investment Fund, which provides support for a programme of investment in the strategic cultural and recreational infrastructure within Hampshire.
- The Culture and Community Activity Grants, which provide general support to groups and organisations, which encourage and provide opportunities for individuals and communities to participate in community-focused, cultural and recreational activities.
- The Organisational Change Fund, which supports specific, time-limited projects for organisations to achieve efficiencies and reduce on-going dependency on grant funding.
For more details on these new grant streams and other possible grant funding please visit CCBS Grants. If you have any questions please contact the Arts Administrator on 01962 846 966 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
