Knowledge Transfer Partnerships KTPs is a major programme run and funded by the Innovate UK in which a relationship is formed between a company and a University/academic institution which facilitates the transfer of knowledge, technology and skills.
Small Business Research Initiative The SBRI programme uses the power of government procurement to drive innovation. It provides opportunities for innovative companies to engage with the public sector to solve specific problems. There are numerous SBRI development contracts and tender opportunities.
Smart The Smart Scheme provides funding to small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) to engage in R&D projects in the strategically important area of science, engineering and technology, from which successful new products, processes and services could emerge. Projects will last up to 9 months, have a maximum grant of £25k, and up to 60% of total project costs may be funded.
