This service, based at Portsmouth Central Library, provides useful tools for aspiring entrepreneurs and helps small businesses to get started and to grow. 

The service provides resources enabling business people to: research markets, get advice on intellectual property, including patents, designs, trademarks and copyright.

The service also gives businesses access to the West Law UK legal database providing help with the legal requirements involved in tasks such as setting up a limited company or registering as self-employed.
