ResilieNtWEB is an EU programme that works with organisations across the South to improve their economic, environmental or social sustainability. The FREE service provides guidance and expertise to develop an improved business model driven by an ‘eco innovation' mind-set.
How does it work?
- Up to 10 days of high quality support, at no cost to the business.
- A ‘Quick Scan' diagnosis identifying some key areas that need attention.
- Business Planning using the Business Model Canvas and a range of business tools.
- A detailed action plan.
- Support/resources to resolve an identified issue.
ResilieNtWEB is a free of charge strategic support programme for SMEs to help them increase their resilience, i.e. their ability to anticipate market changes, adjust to them and learn from the process.
The key elements of a winning business strategy are using creativity, collaboration and as few natural resources as possible. Having these attributes makes it possible to evolve and deal with changes to the environmental, economic and social context.
The businesses supported will identify commercial opportunities at a local and/or international level and will draw up a programme of innovative actions to bring them to fruition in a sustainable way.
The project is aimed mainly at SMEs in the sectors of food, construction and tourism.
ResilieNtWEB brings together the expertise of organisations from the south of England, north of France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
